Please note:

In accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that comes into effect on 25th May 2018 Nork Rabbit and Guinea Pig Hotel is required to notify you of the following:-

• We are safely maintaining a paper and/or electronic copy of the booking form you may have completed, together with any additional information provided over the phone or electronically via email and/or social media platforms.

• This information will be kept for the sole purposes of caring for your pet(s) and/or the running of the business and it will not be shared with any other agency.

• This data will be disposed of safely in accordance with GDPR guidance upon departure of your pets stay when it is no longer required.
