Booking your pets stay with us

1. Confirm availability 

Please contact Karen to confirm availability for your chosen dates of your pets stay at the hotel before sending booking form and deposit. Drop off and collection times will be also communicated. 

2. Complete booking and deposit

Please complete our booking form (found under "booking form" website tab), along with a deposit of £25.00 which is non refundable to secure your pets stay. The deposit may be received as cash or bank transfer. Bank details are located on the booking form. 

Please only complete booking form and deposit after availability has been confirmed.
